Our service call dispatch algorithm matches the closest qualified Field Service Professional to each service call and dispatches the call electronically to their tablet. Tablet Technology

Every Field Service Professional (FSP) uses a standardized tablet for work order fulfillment, inventory processing and electronic communication.

Equipment Performance Management by Asset

We’ve developed the technology and processes to serialize every asset serviced in our programs – including non-serialized equipment. Through this advanced technology, we’re able to track order data by serial number and pull customized reports.

Algorithm Based Scheduling System

We use Click Software, an automated scheduling platform that leverages a proprietary algorithm to track multiple factors such as work order location and skillset requirements.

Online Tech Tools Warehouse

The Home Depot Equipment Services maintains an interactive online database of Machine, Parts, and User Manuals as well as “How-To” guides to assist our FSPs with repairs in the field.

Online Service Ticketing System

As an industry leader in technology, The Home Depot Equipment Services has integrated our systems with widely-used online service ticketing systems such as Service Channel and FM Pilot. In fact, we are proud to be the first partner to fully integrate our backend systems with FM Pilot, allowing us to upload and update all new calls with minimal manual intervention.
